A result of Project Mimic, a now shut down organisation that aimed to create people with overpowered quirks (that can be paired with ‘Mimic’ or any other one) by copying a quirk's DNA and injecting them into donated foetuses, Jaycee Cyan (preferring to go by their hero name ‘Plus Boy') is a 15 year old hero student in class 1-B at U.A. high.
